Xerox 5755 xerographic module cleaning failure...... how to solve this error

Ensure that the flat side of the Xerographic latch is tight against the flat edge in the indentation on the front of the Xerographic module. Press on the left side of the toner cartridge to ensure the developer assembly is touching the Xerographic module.

if you have replaced the ozone filter also, ignore.
if not, shut down.

09-700 Toner Supplying Error RAP
The toner module has stopped supplying toner to the xerographic module.

Procedure
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Check that the tape seal has been removed from the xerographic module, PL 9.10 Item 1.
2. Remove the toner module, PL 9.10 Item 2. Check that the locking lever opens and closes
the toner shutter.
3. Install new components as necessary:
• Toner module, PL 9.10 Item 2.
• Xerographic module, PL 9.10 Item 1.

Is the paper a shade of grey with no image? or is there an image with a grey background?
If there is a image with a grey background you should try a new toner module. If that doesn't resolve the issue, clean the xerographic drum, make 10 blank copies, if the cleaning doesn't resolve the issue than install a new xerographic module.

Press the access button, You will see a button called Enablement Code, then enter this number. *33886714351 .
Make sure you entter the * first, that is the button bottom left on the keypad.
That should allow you 5000 more pages. But it can only be done once. May or may not work on that product. But thats all I know.

any 9 code is xerographic. This machine isn't worth fixing if you want me to be truthful. The parts alone will cost you more than enough. Look for DC12 on ebay or something to upgrade.
