Paddle roller in the development unit is seized up. This is due to developer leaking in to the chamber where the gears sit on the front of the unit.
Short term repair is to remove small cover 1 screw and then remove gear and bushing 1 circlip.
Above will keep you running untill new part is fitted
Development motor: Bk: Lock Lock signals are observed at 2 sec intervals during motor ON, and a High level is detected at least 20 times

• Motor defective • Connector disconnected • Harness broken • IOB defective • Unit torque increased
Remedy
• Replace the motor • Reconnect the connector • Replace the harness • Replace the IOB • Replace the unit • Replace the driven unit
Developer assy locked up, its the lower part of the drum assy. Open right door turn gray handle to right and pull assy out.-Carl

To reset error, enter SP mode by pressing: Clear (yellow) button, 1 0 7, and press and hold the Stop (orange) button for 3 seconds then switch off and on the copier.

Possibly the fax line is open (busy). Try ringing the fax number, see what you get. Try unplugging the fax and plug a normal analogue handset into the line. See if you are getting a dial tone.
If not, then the cabling or line are faulty. Talk to your carrier. If yes then replace the cable on the fax (if possible) or have it looked at.

please press (.) so we could see the last two number. but most probably check your exposure lamp and thermistor. maybe they are busted anf need to be replaced.
