I cannot release capture or return to normal from frog to Mario. Nintendo switch super mario odyessy. Says press Zl. Cannot get anything to happen.

SOURCE: how to get to world 4 and 7 in super mario bros.

Basically you get a mini-mushroom and defeat the boss with it. Then at the end, mario falls into a hole and travels to world 4. You can do the same thing for world 7.

In World 7 - 4 (I think its World 7 - 6), use MINI Mario or Mini Luigi and hit bombs and throw bombs to make them explode and go to the tiny hole and ull end up somewhere  and ull beat the level and ull get to past the land to get to World 7 - 7
