Go to the web site http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ (these are the makers of the watch) and click on "customer service" in the menu on the right sid eof the screen.

Then scroll down until you find the repair forms for your watch.

mcdevito75 here, You should be able to get the watch fixed at any jewelery / watch repair shop in any major city in India. You can check online also at Timex.com for any repair facilities in India also.

The glass face has cracked diametrically from side to side
mcdevito75 here, If it is a crack and not just a scratch almost ant watch repair shop could replace the crystal (glass) a crack means replacement and a scratch might be able to be buffed out, Expect to spend $30.00----$60.00 either way.

Broken glass can be replaced by watchmaker only. Find your nearest watch repair shop and ask to help. You can find plenty of watch repair shops in your area on internet. Just type in your browser: watch repairs in (your town, city, e.t.c.)
