Ok, it's been a while but here's what I remember. If your talking about default black and white COPYING, try the following. First set the machine to make B&W copies, then hit utility and go to user mode, touch current settings, then OK. B&W should now be the default.

SOURCE: bizhub C35 Will not automatically select the #1

its probly because the tray attributes are off.. check to see if the trays have the exact attribute you are printing... if not then change them

Good morning. We have a Bizbub C35 how is it possible that the Meter reading has gone wrong? it is showing we have done 41000 copies yet we have only used 2000 sheets of paper. how do we fix it?
What does the total counter say inside the front cover if it 41,000 then it is 41000. Sorry you can not reset then people would sell old machines as new
