Good day i have mother board asus p5800-mx the usb port cannot work theirs no 5 volts in the port, pleas help me to resolve my problem thanks.

Ashley,

A) There are two USB headers on the motherboard.
They are rectangular in shape, and Blue in color.

One is to the immediate Right of the 3 white PCI slots.
Has 4 pins across the Top row, and 5 pins across the Bottom row.
May have USB56 printed on the motherboard next to it.

The second one is at the Bottom of the motherboard, below the Intel 82801EB southbridge chip; which is to the left of the CMOS battery.
May have USB78 printed next to it

(Turn motherboard photo 90 degrees to the Left, to be as it sits in your computer case)

EACH USB header supports TWO USB ports.

A Card Reader uses ONE USB header, with it's two cables.

Point?
Front Panel USB ports, are connected to one of those blue USB headers.
This USB header you know to be bad.
If the other USB header is not being used, connect to it.

The front of your computer is the Front Panel.
The USB ports in the Front Panel, should be connected by one common cable, and it ends in a plug on connector.

No? Not feasible?
Then suggest using a USB adapter card, in an open white PCI slot,

Product details indicate it has two internal USB headers.
This way you can connect the Front Panel USB ports to it.

Choose ANY O/S, and then download the manual.

Or, here is the direct link to the motherboard manual (PDF file),

ACER T690 "where does the sd card reader cable attach to the motherboard?

Motherboard installed in computer case, look at the bottom edge of the motherboard.

Now I need your eyes

Underneath that long white PCI slot at the Bottom, (There are 2),
is a Purple rectangular header. Two rows of pins.

To the right is another rectangular header, but this time in Blue.
Look below them on the motherboard. Towards the outside edge of the motherboard. Do you see USB next to either of them?

The Card Reader just attaches to a USB header. The rectangular header actually supports TWO USB ports.

This is why one of those headers may have two USB cables hooked to it, and go to two separate USB ports on the Front Panel of the computer.

The other USB header would be for the Card Reader.

Looking even more to the right, there are two Yellow headers, that I'm SURE are USB headers. Looks like one long header, but it isn't.

I COULD be mistaken about the Purple header, or Blue header.
One might be for IR Remote.

At any rate, again, I need your eyes. What is silkscreened on the motherboard, under those headers? Purple, Blue, and Yellow?

Unless just one plug connector, is unplugged from one of those headers. (Two cables go to Card Reader, and end in one plug connector, that plugs into the motherboard)
Then you would know by the process of simple elimination.

Note how in the two rows of pins, there is one missing in the corner.
5 pins on one side, 4 pins on the other side.
The missing pin is the KEY. That is how you orient the plug connector.
