SOURCE: Can't get rid of E1 error on a Samsung front loader washing mach.

E1 : washing machine has exceeded a check time for fill, heat or empty.

Common causes for this are fill and empty problems, heater fault (or the wiring
to it broken), water pump open circuit (although that would stop the water draining too) Pressure chamber blocked or pressure tubing pipe looped below the pressure bottle, or a sticking eco ball in the sump hose (sludge and grease build up)

This error code is generic and vey common.Since you have tried the remedies.Try getting checked the internal wiring damage by professionals.I hope certainly hope the problem lies there.

SOURCE: Samsung J845 front loader washing machine. Error

Hi
An OE error presents if the washing machine has not successfully drained the water in ten minutes.
there are a few simple steps to take before calling for service.
Step 1: Check the drain pump filter.
Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter thoroughly and restart the machine.

Step 2: Check the washers drain hose.
If the drain hose is not installed properly, the washer will not drain properly. The drain hose should not be installed more than 1 meter higher than the bottom of the washing machine.

Step 3: Confirm that the washer is leveled properly.
If the unit is not leveled properly, it will not drain properly. The front of the unit cannot be higher than the back or vice versa. If not properly leveled, the water can flow back into the machine. If this is the cause of the problem, please level the machine using the supplied leveling wrench. When you place a level on the washing machine, the bubble should be in the center. Confrim that the washer is leveled from side to side and front to back.
you can perform a diagonal test when leveling the washing machine to ensure that the unit does not tilt from corner to corner.

My 7kg Electrolux front load washer keeps stopping from between 1 to 14 minutes before it finishes. I have to keep coming in to press restart button. It keeps saying ERR 10. What does this mean?

Family alarm code E10 means difficulty in filling during wash phase or water leakage.

Could be:

E11 - Tap closed or water pressure too low; Drain tube improperly positioned; Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Pressure switch faulty; Wiring faulty; PCB faulty.

E13 - Drain tube improperly positioned; Water pressure too low;
Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Water circuit on pressure switch is leaking/clogged; Pressure switch faulty.

Check to see if the electrical outlet is grounded. There is a little three pronged tester for that.

7kg 1045 front loader, says SE or 5E wont drain, will open fill and wash but not draining

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
5E is a water drain error and occurs when the water level frequency does not show changes. First clean the debris filter located at the bottom of the washer and then turn the unit back on after 15 minutes. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Hi, i have an electrolux eco 7kg froat loader that my son tried to open mid cycle, now the door won't open when the end of the cycle happens and the door clicks (with an orange light) to indicate that the...

Hi, the clever step is to power the machine off at the mains for 10 minutes. Depriving it of power MAY release the interlock door switch even if the cycle didnt.

Final attempt to get to it... Turn off power, unplug at the mains. drag the machine out so you can see the back. Remove the 2 screws that hold the top on, pull back or tap the top forward (depending on the model) to unclip it. Peer inside. You will see the door switch inside the chassis exactly in line with the door handle on the outside. See if you manually make the mechanism release, or if you have a stubby philips screwdriver, you can probably unscrew the switch completely.

If you trust yourself NEVER to open the door in the middle of a cycle, the machine will of course function without a switch. Just so long as you recognise that you will flood the place if you do open it with water in. Also if you put your hand inside during a wash (Or worse still a spin) the power of the motor combined with the weight of the wet washing will rip the arm clean off a fully grown man, so if you doubt yourself or you have kids (or kids may visit) don't leave it like this.
