Try this video. i think you may find the proper way to handle this.

Either you purchased a a bad quality remanufactured toner cartridge or your fuser film is damaged.

If there is some kind of debris in black color that is on printouts, your fuser film might be damaged. Have a printer technician replace it.

If there is no debris, only bad quality printouts, it's the toner cartridge that needs replacement.

i dont know that you can -- you may be able to buy a wirelss adapter for it .. but according to the specs its a 5 in 1 , and wirless capable is not indicated in the specs -- dont take my word for it, call brother 1-877-276-8437

If you open the front cover of your printer where you install the toner cartridge and press the "Clear/Back" button with it open, an option comes up on your LCD Display that says "Replace Drum?" press 1 to reset it. That should fix your problem!

yes. that is possible. if the machine was jossled around, the toner contained in the drum unit could leak out between the connecting points of the toner and drum unit. May cleaer it self up, or may not.

helo braxtol! tell me, are you using brother oem toner and drum or are you using a generic brand. you could also have a bad power supply. this is what charges the drum and toner. good luck brother tech
