My LG Stylo 3 way working just fine until recently. I can't get capture+ to capture the page I'm on. All I get is a black screen with the normal options of adding with stylus as usual. I've been through the manual trying to troubleshoot and I'm not coming up with any answers. Any suggestions? Please

I contacted Nikon and here is what their email said:


"There is no service advisory in place for a stuck shutter. You can have the camera checked at service and if it is deemed to be a warranty issue then it will be covered. "

you are gonna need a small phillips screwdriver, and carefully take it apart. keep track of the parts. you will need tips some peroxide a dry cloth. you got to thoroughly clean every copper contact .take your time it will work.

If you don't see any X's then you have to clean the screen very well with some Windex and dry it well. Take any crumbs out of the screen edges and then "milk" the screen with the thumb gently. What happens is that the digitizer gets pressure areas built up so you want to dislodge it. You might need 3-4 "milking" tries. By milking I mean pressing on the screen with the thumb (gently) till you see the screen "bleed."

Also after this align the screen.
