All these inexpensive dash cams have issues with the micro SD cards. They do not like anything over 8GB, no matter what the manual or distributors say. With 16GB they just record for a few minutes and then crash, and not even that with most 32GB cards. Whether class 10 or any other class. You then have to reset the dash cam with the reset button, format the card, and start again. Since most dash cams only use about 40MB per minute of recording time when set to 1080p, and less without sound or date imprint, a 4GB SD card will give plenty for a 10 min loop, which is the max loop time anyway. In fact even class 4 or 6 cards do work very well and do not crash. Try to find any old 4GB SD card (a little hard these days, but still possible), and give it a go. 8GB cards might just work as well, but not sure, didn't try them.

Why cant i download anything on my phone after formatting my 16g sd

It is possible that your new phone isn't compatible with this old 16GB SD memory card
It is also possible that this 16GB SD memory card simply has died but you can verify this by testing it by trying to access this SD memory card in any computer capable of reading a SD memory card if it not found then this SD memory card simply has died

I have a kingston micro SdHC card 4gb and when i try to copy a image or a mp3 file from my laptop i can't because of the error 0x8007045D...

Make sure the little white switch on the side isn't set to write protect the SD card. Try and format the SD card, it will erase whatever is on the card. To do this right click the SD card removable disk under my computer, then click format. I would make sure you select FAT16 in the options there. Then try to copy files to the card again. If it still doesn't work, try using the SD card in another machine.

If the card works in another machine, we know the SD card is good. If it doesn't work, you might have a bad card.

If the card works in another machine, try another SD card in your laptop, to make sure the laptop connector for your card is not bad.

Kingston DataTraveler Card Reader Problem

I have one also here just like that always write protected, you know what is the problem of that is your card reader, its a USB connection input to your computer, all you have to do buy a new one Card Reader, I'm sure it will not work anymore unless you try to repair that Card Reader to a Technician. Always pop-up write protected but when I twist my USB Wire sometimes it work, sometimes not. Don't let plug it again because this time your USB connection in CPU will be damage. Supposed to be only Card Reader is the and maybe your USB Connections too will damage.
Hope this idea will help you.
