Need Universal code for RCA remote with Apex DT250 Digital Conver

Hello. I lost the remote for the digital converter box of the Apex DT250. I have an RCA Universal remote, and the 0749 code did not work. My question is probably really dumb: 1). would I put the digital converter box under the ''sat-cbl'' button or the ''dvd-vcr'' button when I program it 2). What is the code ....

I am super bummed and stuck on ABC for life!!!

Thanks for your help so much, I REALLY need it!!!

Use cbl/sat button. Your remote might use more or less than 4 digits. Use 749 or 00749. It'll probably work. It worked for me.

You haven't specified the exact model number of your RCA remote control. Three device remotes for RCA is in many model numbers. If it is RCA Systemlink-3 remote control, there is no setup code for Apex Digital Converter Box. OK.
