How to remove micro sd from smartcam

It takes a Micro SD Card in the upper right edge. Page 12 of the Manual shows it.

SOUNDS LIKE WHAT YOUR FAMILY HAS MAY HAVE BAD SPEAKERS, SPEAKERS NOT PLUGED IN OR TURNED UP. IF THEY CAN SEE YOU AND YOU CAN SEE AND HEAR THEM IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WOULD BE ON THEIR END. CHECK THEIR SPEAKER PLUG INS AND VOLUME THAT MAY BE AN EASY SOLUTION
