After processing the meat, it is needed to clean the grinder. If there remains some residue of raw meat, it may be unhygienic since it may cause food poisoning. Therefore, after every usage of the tool, it is necessary to clean it well. For removing the residue, pass a few pieces of pieces of bread into the grinder so that it will gather it. While running through the feeding tube, the pieces of bread will soak the small pieces of meat up. The other parts of the grinder are washable also but it may take a little time and a little effort. It will be facile once this step is done in order to clean the machine up. At length, before dismantling the parts of the grinder, unplug first.Click for more info Best Meat Grinder

The attachment for grinding meat on the front wont work ? mixing arm in bowl works fine ! why wont it engage?

Firstly I would check it is fully engaged. If it is, remove the food grinder and look into the hole. You should be able to see a square hole inside. Turn on the mixer, the square hole should spin, if it does not, one of the gears inside the head has most likely broken. To repair this you will need to take the head apart.

The other possibility is that I misread your problem and that the grinder is turning, but the meat wont go through the plates at the end. This is a common issue which happens if the blade is not put in the end of the grinder. The blade is shaped like a cross and cuts the meat when it reaches the end of the screw.
