Hi Deanna.
this is all i could find out from the internet.
If your TV is connected to internet, press the Menu button on your remote device and select the Network option. Select the Network Settings and then, select IP settings option. The existing IP address of your TV appears. It will be a private IP address if you are using router to connect to your ISP..
or go to this link and see if it helps you out.
How to Configure Smart DNS on Samsung Smart TV

your ip address should be activated by your isp
and then manually put it in the smart phone

If you mean IP address to access configuration through web browser, just connect an Ethernet cable from it to your machine, then in windows get details on your network connection and make note of the default gateway. That is the router's address usually, so just paste it into your web browser and you should be able to talk to it.
The default IP for that particular model is 192.168.254.254

The SetIP utility does not do what you are suggesting.
1. If you want to manually configure the IP address on the actual printer use the SetIp utility to do that.
2. If you want to configure your computer to talk to the printer which is now found at a new address you need to do a "repair" install of the printer and the drivers will find the printer at the new IP address again.
Yes, it seems crazy but for some reason you can't "reset" the drivers to use a new IP address.

Your TV has no independent IP address. The IP address correponds to YOUR internet connection and you can get it making a Google query for "My IP"
