My Lemax Carousel doesnt do anything, no lights, music or movement?

Lemax provide ZERO support to their products once they are discontinued exactly 12 months after release date. You use them perhaps a month maximum and then put them away, so basically, the warranty is 1 month!.

There some good third party videos though and one company does generic Chinese parts

So far, I have not located any repair advice or any listing of a business which repairs Lemax products.

Error Code A0 - Error occurred during carousel movement (Position Not Found). Could be caused by a missing or misaligned cartridge carrier, or an obstruction, or unexpected cartridge in either the carousel path or Import/Export slot.

Remove the power cable and SCSI cables then try open the top cover. Check and see if there are any tape blocking or obstructing the movement. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. I have 5 of these devices, few of them were replaced as its not working anymore due to these codes and as they are pretty obsolete, its not worth to repair them anymore.

There is nor repair service for Lemax
I started in januarie 2010 a repair service on my own'
But have a difficulty with spare parts
sometimes i make spare parts on my own but this takes lots of ours to make it
And if the owner wants a chepa deal it is not possibel
most of the time it is cheaper to buy a new one.
But
Sometimes it is also a loose wire that is the problem
I made today two carousels
and one of the two is already ok
the other one needs a new spare part so i can not fix it at the moment til a have a donor carousel

Here in the netherlands all of the broken lemax items that are going back to the seller are being demoilisht or crached under a walz
I phone them if they would sel these items to me
but that is'n't possibel
so they make it hard for us repair nerds to help people like you
If you are living in the netherlands i ill thake a look at your carousel
if i can fix it it will cost you 20 euro/s
if not 10 for taking time with it

Glue doesnt do much. if your lemax house over-heats the glue previously applied will simply tear off. I have recently smashed my volume box as well and im afraid i have no advice =(. I had to replace with a brand new one because the repair were even more expensive than a new house. im sorry.
