In that case the graphics card that u have mentioned might be faulty. Try downloading the latest the update for the graphics card from the manufacturer's website and check. If the same issue remains then the graphics card is faulty.

You have to install the graphic card drivers for this OS. Connect the PC online to the Intel website and download and istall the proper drivers for your chipset

did you store the camera in March with batteries inside?
If the answer is yes , then the aging batteries may have caused the contacts where the batteries sit to rust. You should verify this by removing the batteries and shining a torch down the hole where the batteries sit. The contacts should be sparkling silver. if they appear dull or have a brown coating, you should clean them by using a small screwdriver covered with a small piece of cloth . the piece of cloth should have been immersed in a solvent e.g. gasoline(petrol),ethyl alcohol,isopropanol(isopropyl alcohol). Please dont use water as it will only lead to more rusting of the contacts.Clean the contacts until they again sparkle. You may also have to apply scraping action directly with the screw driver on the contacts taking care not to break them. Dont forget to clean the contacts on the batteries also before reinserting them.

Remember that paint can fade and change color over time, so if you're not a pro painter, blending the bright, new color will be very hard to do; you might as well just paint the entire panel or the whole truck if you're not already going to.
