Mitsubishi mr-J2S-350 alarm E9

HI ! i have this melservo MR-J2S-350B in error E9. It is related to the main power circuit. By chance i could get one from the same model, and swapping the CPU boards show the problem is related to this one board. anyone knows how is made the detection of main power voltage ? components involved ? Schematics would be apreciated. searching on Youtube is showing this E9 alarm is common for the mitsubishi servo drivers.
