SOURCE: mother board - video card compatibility

if you have a built in video on mother board there is a setting in its setup hit delete at beggining right at startup for bios

you need to disable your built in video either by jumpers by manufactures book on jumper settings or go into bios at begining and see if there a setting to shut off on board video
these 2 are having conflicts with each other and you will only be able to see dos boot area with both these cards

and yes it is compatible as long the buses and slots have same configurations

SOURCE: EVGA e-GeForce 7200GS-Disable motherboard Video

The answer is yes. You need to change the on-board video (Known as PCI), & set it to AGP page 36 in you're manual. This setting will be under Integrated Peripherals.
You will also gain back system memory that the on-board video was taking from you're main system memory for it to work.
At start up of the PC press the delete key every two seconds to enter the bios menu. Go to the Advanced menu & find Integrated Peripherals. There is not a disable (per-say), all you do is set it to AGP. That's it.

Enjoy!

You need to set the Bios to default to your video card and not your on-board video or disable the on-board video in the Bios..

I cannot set up h110 headset in my windows xp

Just connect the two connectors to your computer sound card.
Your computer should have a pink connector for the mic and a green for the speakers. You also could plug the speaker (headset) into the orange if your sound card has that colour.

Then you just adjust the volume for the headset with the sound settings of the computer.

The program you want to use the headset with, will also allow you to fine tune the set.

VGA / Onboard graphics Issue

Yes, there may be a problem with the on board graphics, if you have a compatible graphics card you can bypass the on board.
Was the previous owner using the on-board, or did he maybe have a card that he removed? Might be worth looking in the BIOS settings in case the on board graphics has been disabled

Video not working on 755Twins-hdtv motherboard.

The option to disable the onboard graphics is in the BIOS.
You need a PCI-express card. You should not be trying to fit any graphics cards into the PCI slot.
The VGA/HDTV conection should have been supplied on a seperate card.
