You can get a region free player program on your computer and then you will be free from the region code issues. You could try Leawo Blu-ray Player which is a free Blu-ray player and you could use it to play any DVD and Blu-ray discs.

If you want to play all regions you will have to get a region free dvd player. Otherwise make sure you buy for your region. Here is a list of DVD Regions and their corresponding countries:
