turn tv on
on remote
1. hit tv
2. hold down setup till it blinks twice(tv button light)
3.then press 991 wait till it blinks (tv button light)
4.press channel up slowly until tv turns off
5. once it turns off hit setup again
6. press the tv then power button and then see if tv turns on if not then you just missed the code(repeat)

when I bought the TV I brought it home and and plugged it in and it went to blinking after a few minutes I noticed the heat sink on the center of the power board in between the two other heat sinks was getting hot the service manual success blink code 1 as either a problem with the power board or the LCD panel any help in diagnosing the problem I would be grateful for thank you
