In Roxio creator nxt 6 why have i lost access to my Preview Pane controls? How do I fix this?

Roxio is now version in 10
I am NOT sure but perhaps the v9 would not work with Vista.

Roxio has included help files and tutorials that include step-by-step instructions.
a. Double-click on the "Roxio Easy Media Creator Home" icon on your Desktop.
b. Under the "Tools" section, click on "Help Center & Tutorials".
c. The links on the right side of the help frame will launch the appropriate tutorial or
manual.
Also, Roxio has posted flash tutorials on our support website. The website address
for online tutorials click here or go to:

Why does my Roxio NXT Pro 2 asks for dual layer disc?
That would be only down to the fact that the file you have is so big that it will not fit on one single layer disc. Have a look at the size of the file or project you are editing. You might be able to reduce the size down by changing the quality of output.

Roxio Creator NXT Pro, doesn't recognise a DVD inserted to burn a DVD in Windows 8
Many people have a dvd player in their computer that burns cds but not dvds. Make sure it is a dvd burner as well. If not you'll have to purchase a dvd burner. If you want it to do more then purchase a blue ray burner or a dual layer dvd burner

In Roxio Creator 2010 slideshow won't open..complaining " Certificate file is missing or has been corrupted". Reinstaling does not help
Hi.

Check that the date on your computer is correct. Certificates are checked on an online microsoft database. If your computer has date Jan.2001, you get the certificate error.

If that was not the problem, then try the following:

Go to Control pane, switch it to classic view.
Open Control Panel ->Appearance and Personalization->Folder Options->View , then click on "Show Hidden files and folders" and Apply or OK
Go to : c:\Program Data
Delete folder called Roxio & Sonic
Try starting Roxio Creator.

If still no luck , do a system restore to a date that is one or two days before you tried to install Roxio.
After system restore, log in from account with administrator privileges, and reinstall Roxio.
When you reinstall Roxio, instead of double clicking on installer file, try clicking right mouse button on setup file and choose "Run as Administrator" from dropdown menu.
Allow all requests to allow system changes when asked.

and search for "AShampoo Burning 6", download it, and install it.
It is FREE software for burning CD/DVDs.

and download "Ashampoo Burning 6 Free Edition".

While Version 9 costs money, Version 6 does everything I need, for FREE!

Roxio Label Creator won't print labels (blank with scissors)

Go to the label creator in your Roxio 6, Click on EDIT, then click on PREFERENCES, go to the DISC tab and unclick the "Print Disc cut Lines" and the "Print Disc outline" boxes. This should fix your problem.

Maybe your activation your your software is illegal. or maybe your installer doesn't really have all the requirements or the needed components to have full the instalation process. try to reinstall your software, but if it doesn't work, maybe you can call your software dealer.
