Dear friend , you guided about Brother printers not for Panasonic . There is no any option key on the panel of Panasonic kxmb1900 .

You need to follow the instructions that came with the drum as you need to reset the internal counter.

Replace the drum unit.

May have toner on the sensor that looks at the drum. to determien toner density. Need a service technician to come out remove the drum and check the sensor and or the drum

This error is for the copy density sensor. Remove drum unit, 1 screw, and you will see the sensor inside of the machine. Either dropping toner out of the drum unit or machine is overtoned. I would recommend a service call from a technician for this problem.

The drum unit must be nearing the end. You will need to replace it soon. Check the page count and check for howmany pages the drum is rated for. If the pagecount has reached the rated count, then its ok, if you are far from the rated limit, you will have to check with the supplier for possible refund.

have u changed it with new one or used .process in fax when we replace it with new one it take some time for running .when it complete his circle error finishes from memory .if machine is off in this time or any other trouble it will create the problem .just take a drum from any same fax and put this in fax after running i think error will disapeear.

check drum and drum sensor. if the Drum cleaning blade (DCB) has failed and is smearing toner around the drum then the drum sensor can't see the drum. clean it with a brush. the sensor sits in the drum/ cleaning station.

clean the drum unit by opeing it and cleaning the wiper blades etc. In case it does not help please replace the drum unit Happy faxing Omipresent
