SOURCE: replacing fuser roll in hp4200n

The line is most likely debre on the fuser assembly itself. depending on the amount of material on the unit, it can be cleaned of ispropal alcohol. First unplug the unit from the wall. allow the unit to cool down for several hours. The fuser can be removed opening the back access cover and removing it by pressing hte hing release on the inside. Id your unit has a duplexor it will be need to be removed first. lift up on the unit and pull out.
The fuser has two screws. remove these screws and slide the fuser out the back of the printer.
At this point you can determin if the fuser simply needs cleanded or should be replaced all togeter.
with a clean cloth dampened with 99% isopropal, you can try to clean the rollers inside the fuser.

SOURCE: My wife tried to print on T-Shirt tranfers meant

This might help. I did the same thing with my laserjet printer.
Staples has laserjet cleaning sheets. I ran several sheets through the printer after I pulled most of the transfer paper out.
The sheets are one use sheets so, you will need a few. They are impregnated with cleaning fluid on textured paper.
These sheets clean the entire paper travel path.

SOURCE: transparency melted onto IN1503 lens

try peeling what you can off and then go to an electronics store like radio shack and get some aerosol board cleaner like BIO-ACT E37M which is a cleaner good at dissolving or breaking down plastic or FLUXOFF board cleaner and work at cleaning it off with a non abrasive cloth and scraping off with something plastic like a credit card and keep working at it until it is mostly clean and maybe a little hazy looking and then get a new cloth and start cleaning the left over residue off the lens with alcohol until it is clean.

How to fix error code c3102 konika minolta bhizub c754

Sir/Mam, Something is preventing one of the fuser (Hot Part) roller from turning had this happen at a school teacher melted a transparency in the fuser by using a ink jet printer type transparency on this model copier cost the school 2000 dollars. Anyway hope you did not melt a transparency any way check the fuser the hot part for paper that may have wrapped it self around the orange rollers in the Fuser (The hot part of the copier if so you need a new fuser or have a tech come out and see if he can remove it. IF you use any type of tool you can damage the roller and your copies and prints will have marks all over them. Trying to reset the code prior to verifying the motor can turn allows the possibility of burning the motor out and taking the control board that controls it now your talking 3 to 4 thousand dollars

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

Is there a transparency adapter for canon imageclass MF5750 series?

Hey There,

Boy, this model is getting pretty old. Very basic as far as options out there.
I strongly suggest not running transparencies in this model. We have seen so many of these come in with them stuck and melted in the fuser section.

Big noise

the only ribbon that i know of in these printers is the ribbon on the thernistor for the fuser if this came out then the fuser as melted together. pull the fuser out and try turning it by hand i think you will find that the hotroll gear has broken andthe 2 rollers are fused together. replace the fuser

No sorry you can only get the fuser assembly. You should be able to get hold of a refurbished one to keep costs down though.

Xerox 212 copier

It melted in the fuser and has over heated.
You will need to replace the fuser. Google a business called The parts drop, call and ask for Britt.

Transparency is stuck inside copier

The transparency probably melted to the the fuser roller (Did you use a transparencies sheet that was rated for use in copier?) Some copiers have a set function to allow transparencies sheets to run through. If transparencies is wrapped around the roller it maybe removed, but in most cases it needs to be replaced. If your in Maryland you can contact Innovative Copy Products if not contact your local copier dealer and they can help.

Xerox 212 copier

Most likely replace the fuser.
And be sure you use transparencies marked for copiers only.
The U4 is an over heat because the tranaparency stuck between the heat roll and the thermistor. Causing the fuser to stay on and blow the overheat.

Reporting my inactive printer

To clear this error: Power the printer off and let it stand for at least 30 minutes to allow the fuser to cool. Remove the coating roller from the top of the fuser unit to reveal the orange fuser rollers underneath. Check to see if any paper/transparency has become wrapped around the fuser rollers or jammed in or above the fuser unit itself. Since some paper jams can be very difficult to see with the fuser installed, remove the fuser and check for paper/transparency jams under the unit as well. A jam in that area can cause 993 errors. If there is no media jam and the error remains after the printer is restarted, try replacing the Oil Coating Roller (OCR). The OCR comes with the black toner cartridge. (It can also be purchased separately. Click here to do so.) If the error remains after the OCR has been replaced. If that does not help I would highly recommend taking it back to the place you bought it from
