Let me try and help you. I think the solution lies in customizing the settings at the - miscellaneous regional settings. Here you can customize various features like time zones, daylight savings rules, etc.

On the other hand, it could be that you might need a firmware and software update. There could be an Answer Anywhere feature that you need to add to your settings. This might fix it. You could get more on this here...
