I have the XGODY DDR4 Android 7.1 box which is 3 months old. It has been working fine connected to my Samsung TV until suddenly yesterday, it has stopped functioning. TV no longer registers HDMI cable

Have the XGODY DDR4 Android 7.1 box which is 3 months old. It has been working fine connected to my Samsung TV until suddenly yesterday, it has stopped functioning. The blue LED light is lit up on the front display but no digits are showing ie. the time screen on the front is totally blank. The TV also no longer recognises the HDMI cable connection. I have tried using a different HDMI cable but it makes no difference, also have tried connecting the box to a different TV still nothing. Everything was working fine and it just suddenly went blank.

SOURCE: PS3 no longer communicating with TV

All: Try this -

P
erform the following steps to reset the Video Output Settings.

  1. Make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the [HDMI OUT] port on the back of the PLAYSTATION 3 system. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable into the [HDMI Input] port of the TV or display monitor.
  2. While the PLAYSTATION 3 system is in standby mode (red light on the front of the system), hold down the touch-sensitive On/Off button on the front of the system until the system goes into standby mode again . (So the light cycle would go from: red light to --> green light --> then back to red light) This will ensure that you have held down the On/Off button long enough to reset the Video Output Settings.
  3. Turn ON the PLAYSTATION 3 and once the system finishes powering up, the Video Output Settings will automatically reset to the standard resolution (or detect the current display output settings of your TV/monitor). [If resetting does not auto-detect your HDTV, see next step below.]
NOTE: As of system software update version 1.60, the PLAYSTATION 3can automatically detect an HDMI connection to a TV. If the PLAYSTATION 3 is turned on with an HDMI cable connected, the screen for switching video output settings will be displayed automatically. (Does not function unless the TV that is connected by the HDMI cable is turned on.)

As of version 1.80 of the system update for the PLAYSTATION 3, the PLAYSTATION 3 can upscale the video content of PlayStation® format software, PlayStation®2 format software, and DVDs to HD resolution.

If Resetting the Video Output Setting Did NOT Detect Your HDTV Automatically (Certain TV's Only)
With certain televisions, the PLAYSTATION 3 may not automatically detect the HDMI source (TV) which it is plugged into, even after resetting the Video Output Setting (as described above).

If resetting the Video Output Setting did not work, you may need to follow these steps to manually locate the HDMI source:

1. Connect both the AV Cable and the HDMI cable from the PLAYSTATION 3 to the corresponding (AV and HDMI) ports on your TV. 2. Proceed with resetting the Video Output Setting on the PLAYSTATION 3 again. (Follow these steps, then continue to step 3 below.)
3. Turn the TV channel to the corresponding "Input" or "Video" channel for the AV Cable connection.
4. Manually change the Video Output Settings to HDMI. (Follow these steps, then continue to step 5 below.)
5. Now switch the "Input" or "Video" channel on the TV for the HDMI port the PLAYSTATION 3 is currently plugged into.
6. Accept the display settings for HDMI before the timer runs out (30 seconds). Highlight "Yes" and press the X button.
7. You can now disconnect AV Cable from the PLAYSTATION 3 and the TV, as it is no longer needed.

SOURCE: Display not working

how down the power button until it beeps twice. that will restart your settings for the display. once it beeps twice then turn the system on and change the default settings back to your hdmi settings. what happened was when you transferred the ps3 to composite the settings changed to accomodate that but when you switch back to hdmi it doesnt change back. the only solution is to hold down the power button untill it beeps twice. normaly 3 seconds.

SOURCE: TV wont detect HDMI Devices except a pc.

Something is wrong whith the HDMI jack it's self, or the electronic switching is not sensing a signal is present. In either case the board that has the HDMI jack you are using needs to be replaced. Most all these boards are double printed, Multi-layered or both which prevents replacing the jack it's self. I do have a question though, do you only have on HDMI jack on the unit or do you have another one available.

SOURCE: on a Daytek 46 in LCD TV, no AV Digital Cable Signal, but HDMI OK

Had the same problem.
Fixed by unplugging everything from the power source, leaving for 2 minutes then plugging back in.
Works fine now.

We have an AK59-00104R remote for our Blu-Ray player and a Samsung TV. The remote has been working fine on both for over a month now and yesterday it stopped working for the TV. I'm thinking my 1 year old...

To program this Samsung remote to work with a TV, press the TV POWER button on the remote while entering a manufacturer specific code into the remote at the same time.
1. Switch the TV on. 2. Point the remote towards the TV. 3. Press and hold the TV Power button and enter the two-digit code for that brand of TV. If the code is compatible, the TV will switch off. 4. There may be more than one code for that manufacturer, so try them all until one works.
For Samsung TVs, one of the following codes should work: +01 +02 +03 +04 +05 +06 +07 +08 +09

Samsung LE26R73BDX 26INCH - LOSS OF DIGITAL SERVICE

Solution that worked for me:

Beware: Although the process should be safe, it technically voids your warranty.

Enter the service menu:
1 - turn of tv with remote
2 - press and release in the following order on the remote: Info, Menu, Mute. Make sure remote is pointing at the tv
3 - turn on the tv from the remote
4 - you will see the service menu. using the down arrow on the remote select the Reset option. Using the right arrow button at this point will do a hard reset.
5 - Wait a few seconds, turn TV on
6 - you will have to rescan analogue and digital channel but it should be working now.
