I'm selling a salisbury cot bed and would like to download a copy of the instruction manual which I no longer have - also need a couple of fixings to be replaced, where I can get some. Thanks.

Hi i have a cot with no fixtures only the metal bars i have lost the nuts and bolts the make of the cot is Mamas and Papas SONIA EN 716-1:1995 i have been intouch with Mamas and Papas and they say that they cannot help. This cot was lent to us and i am in big trouble

Your best bet might be to call Mamas & Papas and ask them if they have a spare part. I found some spares on eBay, but all were used - probably not what you'd want. M&P seem to have parts in-stock but they don't advertise them.

I sent an email requesting the spare parts to Bertini in Australia and they forwarded my email to Mr Fisher in Germany to help me. Mr. Thomas Fisher was very helpful in providing me the spare parts I needed for my Bertini stroller (hub caps and tire clips). He has a company and is responsible for sales and service of Bertini strollers in Germany, but he shipped the parts for me to the USA-Florida.

So you can verify that this is a legitimate business, the company's web site is: http://www.eichhorn-kinderwagen.de You can get it translated to English if you access this site from www.google.com. Or you can ask bertini in Australia for help or references at [email protected]
