Front load speed queen error code ed03 mean? And how to fix thanks?

use a 5/16" nutdriver/socket and remove the two screws and the bottom of front panel and tilt panel out and then look and find 2 screws(one on each side) facing up on the corners of top/cabinet, remove those and raise top

there are 2 5/16 screws located at the bottom of the front panel. Remove the screws and pull the front panel away from the machine on the bottom.
