HP laserjet 1522 error messages 49 and now 79 when I am trying to fax

49 error is an internal embedded software error.
1) turn off power and wait about 30 seconds, power on and if error comes back, see step 2

I have M 1522 MFP. It is not sending nor receiving faxes. Error "low memory"

Very easy fix. NVRAM, hold down the down arrow and the cancel button while the printer is off, turn the printer back on while still holding the buttons down. Hold until you see permanent storage init.

HP psc 2210xi aio scanner motor continues to try to calibrate until 30 seconds of gear grinding, then "scanner error, power off & on" message. Every time.

Memory Low Error

Have you tried clearing previously saved faxes. Worked for me.

This more likely to be a problem with the formatter board. error 49 is a typical communication problem between the formatter and the dc controller. Contact hp tech support for a list of authorized service providers. 1800 334 5144
