I thought I was ordering a CD, then they say it's a Digital. I am upset, I won' use a digital. I want a refund.

Alternatively there are free media players out there which you can download for free, they will play the material on most devices.

Now seeing that you are still so upset about the quality of the product , here is what you should be doing instead of talking about it
As the products are just 1 month old and will be under warranty , Take them back where you bought them and complain to the management and ask for a refund as the items are not fit for the purpose

refund policies for most companies and stores state quite clearly that refunds will be made on receipt and proof of purchase, if the item is faulty, if the item is not as described, if the item is not fit for the purpose or if the item was supplied with out an order
Therefore you will understand that "don't want" it it doesn't fit any of the criteria for a return
you can try for a refund from Walmart ( only if you purchase the item on line from Walmart ) but don't get upset if they refuse you

try going to the Sakar web site they might have a down load of software. or buy a card reader put the card in the card reader and take images with windows program or download picassa its ree it should be able to down load from your camera.

The battery in the camera is likely not a rechargable one. Check the print on the battery. Mine was not so I assume your is not as well. The maker of the camera was pretty cheap not supplying a rechargable battery, for the price they ask for the camera.

Try to reinstall the software's CD you received with your camera. Good luck!
