I believe these are the UL code and serial number. If there is a display band of decorative stitches on the front of your machine look on the bottom right of that panel. If the number there is a VX-920 there is no manual available for it BUT you can use the manual from the VX 970 which IS available. Do a search for that model manual in Spanish and you should find one.

hello,the E1 code simply means the machine is working so hard,you can follow the information below to help you fix the problem,
The instructions for bobbin winding tell you to click the start button
for the bobbin to wind. When you do that you get that E1 with a
beeping. What they don't explain is that in order to press that "UP"
arrow button to get the bobbin to wind..........you need to UNPLUG the
foot control. So, in other words it to be used for sewing w/o a foot
pedal. Now instead of doing as per instructions, assuming you've
plugged everything in (foot pedal), after winding is finished just
press the foot pedal and your off and running or sewing as the case may
be. BTW, look it up in the TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION OF YOUR MANUAL.

When you cleaned ur machine, you probably had the pressure foot bar raised. You need to reopen ur machine and this time make sure the bar is lowered before you close it back. There is a part that will electronically cause the sensor to think that the bar is up even though you lowered it eventually, but the sensor can’t tell that it is now lowered.
