I'm having problem logging in to my pandora account for my lg tribute 5

Recommend trying:

FIRST - The iPad should be at 12.1.x operating system version. Go to SETTINGS-->GENERAL-->SOFTWARE UPDATE and update the operating system. Many newer apps are NOT compatible with operating system versions less that 10.x.

1) Try logging out of Pandora on your iPad, then double tap the home button and manually close the Pandora app. Now relaunch it. When it launches, go into it and log back into it and log back in with your account. It should now connect to your premium account.

2) The 2nd option is to delete the app on your iPad, then go to the App Store and reinstall it. Once installed, go into it and log in with your account. It should work now.

If you are using a Pandora App, try logging in to the web interface. It has more features than the app.

Are you able to login? If you can login but you were logged out it may just be a minor glitch/security feature. Put it this way. I have an Instagram account and they log me out periodically. No one else goes on my account, no one reads my messages, and no one posts anything but me.

Pandora accounts follow the account, not the device, so you will be able to use your Pandora account on any computer or device you own.

You can either write Pandora to get your user ID/password reset, or create another account based on music that you like.

Log into Pandora, via pc. Then after you create the account, and log into a seperate device with your account, it will be set for you.

logout of your pandora account, and turn off your device, turn the device back on, and log back into your pandora account

Once logged into Pandora visit http://www.pandora.com/account/info. On this page you will see your "Basic account info". Change the email listed there to your new email and click "Save changes"
