I order quite a few things from Amazon and I received a bill from Amazon Prime which I never joined. I would like this corrected as it was applied to my charge on 9/14/2017.

amazon prime is a subscription service. You will find it was a free trial but if you do not cancel the trial Amazon charges you a one year subscription. which will be the 79 Euro charge. Contact Amazon to cancel the subscription if you do not want it.

I have seen a similar question about this and that is why I know about the subscription charge.

Try contacting Amazon again, using the customer support information from their website. You can also challenge the charge with your credit card company if it is invalid.

There are btwo main ways to become an Amazon Prime member. One is to join from the main Amazon.com site, and one is to accept a 30 day trial. They both cost the same which is an annual fee. There are a coiple of advantages to having a Prime membership. Free two day shpping on Prime items, and free Amazon Prime movies. You would need to enter a credit card number. Currently at an annual cost of $99.99. A post to the site should get you out of the membership if you do not want it.

Order with Prime FREE One-Day Shipping Amazon Prime members shipping to select metro areas across the U.S. can choose to receive FREE One-Day Shipping on a broad selection of items.

I'm billing billed on my credit card for amanzon prime
If you see a charge on your credit card from Amazon Prime, the first question I have is did you order something from them? If you did, have you received it? If you didn't, there are a couple of things to do. First I would call Amazon Prime, here is the customer service contact page off their website.

call them and make sure the item on your credit card statement was not ordered by you or someone in your family, Christmas is around the corner. There should be a reference number on your statement to track the purchase transaction. Talk to them. If you didn't do the transaction they should know, they will be able to see if this seller is putting through a lot of fraudulent credit card purchases and if so shut them down. The next thing you will then have to do is call your credit card company and tell them your card information has been compromised. Check to ensure no other fraudulent transactions have been completed. The credit card company will have to cancel your card and send you a replacement, which will probably take 2 weeks to receive. The 1 800 number for the credit card customer service will be on the back of the card.

Cynthia, Prime is Amazon's new membership platform where you pay fees. You must have activated that feature, hence the bill. Tell Amazon that you do or don't like that feature on your account and would request cancellation as it may have been an error. However, if you have utilized the prime function, you may not get full refund but act fast.
