That may suggest that their one-and-only retailer is the only source, or it may mean you should look for a replacement saw, basing your choice on likely future parts availability.

without a model number I cant look at a breakdown but if it is like the table saws that I work on I would assume that you removed the center plate to get to the hex nut and spindle, if so what I have to sometimes is put my wrench on the spindle and brace it against the saw frame and using a soft mallet tap on the hex wrench to loosen the nut. After this initial blade change the hex nut has to be tight but not to the point of breaking wrenches. If this doesn't work get me the model number and I will dig deeper to try and help

go to sears service center and get a new arbor, and ask them to show you the motor and arbor assembly drawing. it should show how the arbor is attached to the shaft.
you can pull the arbor off with a pulley. you can get that from auto parts store.

You have a 5/8" diameter arbor. You can use any dado blade that will fit. That said here's a few things to bear in mind.
8" diameter dado stacks are pretty standard for 10" contractor table saws. A dado stack is typically about 13/16" wide at most. It makes sense that the wider your blade is, the more power it takes to cut through the wood.
If you were to use the full width capacity of your Dado stack (13/16") a 10" diameter stack would bog down. A 8" stack has a faster rotation at the cutting edge because of its smaller radius. So, you don't bog down when you're making a wider cut if you use a smaller diameter.
If your machine was really underpowered, you could go down to a 6" stack which would cut your power requirements even more, but limits the depth of cut.

The shaft goes through the motor and there is a groove for a screwdriver to hold the shaft in place.
Once the shaft is stationary the arbor nut can easily be removed
