This error is for a blocked magenta print head, so if you have done it allready, run the printer headcleaning routine, this is normaly found in the print driver under maintanance, or in the seperate software if supplyed
1) This type of error in the Ricoh printer appears when the printer and the computer's connected network does not match.
2) When the printer is connected to that network, ensure that the connection of your printer is done and you can do the necessary changes and bring back the connection back to the computer.
3) Check the network ID of the printer to ensure that the computer and printer are connected to the same network.
4) The wireless lights on the printers control panel is an indication that the wireless network connection is established.

In trying to Execute carriage change sp mode (3-009-002), I cannot find 'Engine setting' (which according to the service manual) supposed to be under 'Printer setting' menu from Service mode.
Can someone help on step-by-step procedure of getting to the "Engine Setting" (sp mode) menu please in case am omitting something along the line or is their a permission required?
