Answer :: 31.4961 in.
But, what you might find more useful is how to quickly convert a measurement using google. Your question, for example, could be answered by going to google.com and entering; convert 800 mm to inches
Also, could be handy to know that 800mm = 80cm or .8m
(cm = centimeters / m = meters). A meter is just a bit more than an imperial yard. Imperial being inches, feet, yards & miles ..the most-commonly used measurements in the United States. Check Wikipedia for more detailed & lesser known measures of imperial measurement.

How to connect the rokinon lens mirror len 800mm to a Nikon d3100 camera

The lens lacks the electronics to communicate with the camera. You must shoot in manual mode (turn the mode dial to M). You'll have to set the aperture and shutter speed without any assistance from the camera's light meter. You can review the photo and use the histogram to adjust the exposure.

Rokinon 800mm F/8 Multi-coated Lens for Nikon will this go on a nikon 5000 Thanks for your time

Yes. Of course, the lens isn't an autofocus lens so you'll have to focus manually. Also, the lens does not have the electronics to communicate with the camera, so you'll have to shoot in the manual exposure mode without any assistance from the camera's exposure meter. You can review photos and use the histogram to fine-tune the exposure.

You're probably going to want to use a tripod to hold the camera steady. The lens is long enough, magnifying even the slightest camera movement, and heavy enough that it's almost impossible to hand hold.

A200 Sony does not recognize lens

That lens does not contain any electronics, so it will not communicate with the camera. You'll have to shoot in Manual mode, without any assistance from the camera's exposure meter. Also, as it's a mirror lens, it does not have an adjustable aperture. Your only means of controlling exposure are with ISO and shutter speed.
