If you have installed photo cyan or photo magenta, your prints will be off color. This machine only uses plain cyan and plain magenta.

This has to do with the document printing properties. When you are ready to print a document, choose properties and make sure you go through the printer settings under that software.
The test page only verifies the cartridges. The printer properties of the software control the printer during printing.

I bought new ink black and color but i try to print in pink and i can't how can i print in pink

Hi alexgallo01
Do you get other colours except pink?
If that is the case, reasons could be:
1. there is not enough RED or BLUE in the cartridge.
2. you haven't selected pink colour on the text or images you are trying to print.
If you are typing a document highlight the text you want in pink, and choose PINK color for the font.
Then print the document. The printer will use color closest to your choice, if it does not have the exact color.
Hope this will help.
If it help you, please give a rating

New x5650 printer will not print all colors only red/pink tint.

Assuming there is ink in the color cartridges and that it's viable, then you need to clean the printhead. There should be documentation for doing this in the software that came with the printer.

Everything I print comes out pink, including black print is pink.

Run a clean cycle and a test page this is priming the cartridges. If this fails to get the colors going the printer will need to go in for repair. The internal print circuit could be gone. Check costs before doing this a new printer maybe worth less then the repair.
