There are no user configurable options. Any configuration is changed through communication with the CMTS.

Please note: All phone data will be deleted. Data on the SIM card is not deleted. Restore the factory default settings

• Press Factory data reset.
• Press Reset phone.
• Press Erase everything.
• Wait a moment while the phone restores the factory default settings.
• Follow the instructions on the display to configure the phone and prepare it for use.

For the motorola router's default username is "admin"; The router's default default password is "motorola".

If it is a Motorola-Cablerouter then default username is " cablecom"; The default password is "router".

Reset the router to Factory Defaults if the password is not working and re-configure it .
