A member of what? You can volunteer answers to Fixya posted questions or post a question yourself. However, there are not "cards" issued to volunteers. The Fixya "community" is geographically diverse. That means volunteers are scattered around the world. That is not to say Fixya does not have staff aboard a space station orbiting the Earth (just kidding). I am sure there is a Fixya administrator on one of the planets in the solar system but such details are elusive.
Unfortunately, I don't believe the volunteers using FIXYA can answer your question properly.
I have posted what I could locate searching the internet, and do not have access to anyone's payroll accounts.
FIXYA is a service provided for free by unpaid volunteers to questions they believe they can answer.
Your question concerns payroll, a personal financial matter, and unfortunately, you may need to contact someone else for assistance. I have in 10 years on FIXYA never seen utilpro questions or answers.
I used http://www.google.com to search for instructions for utilpro, and only found the following:
For your thank you to reach the volunteer, you need to click the comment link available in the reply to your query. You can also choose to mark the volunteer's response as helpful. Simply re-posting results in a new post to the general query area rather than to the volunteer.
Hi shirley.
i have a had a look around the internet and i can not find anything about it,but if you want to have a look your self then go to this link.
Fixya offers free information. It has no repair facilities. Fixya volunteers respond to posted queries by posting an answer. The party asking the question receives an email with a link to the response from the volunteer. There is not billing. You are posting in the Fixya website. There is a 6ya service which is a pay service and it does respond by phone. You might wish to contact the 6ya support page for contact details and terms of service. I do not know why you are posting to volunteers at Fixya about a prospective call to Amazon. Perhaps you have mistakenly logged into the wrong forum. Good luck.
Fixya is a free service. It issues no billing. You post queries, unpaid volunteers respond, you are notified in email of the response which is posted at the free Fixya site.
If you have subscribed to or made use of the pay site called 6ya, you need to direct your queries to support there. Your posting the query at Fixya merely gets you a response from a volunteer at Fixya such as myself who has no connection with 6ya. You are not in contact with 6ya by posting in Fixya nor does a volunteer have any contact with any billing service of 6ya. Our volunteered service cost nothing. Here are links to 6ya support:
dude, don't post your product key online in the future. if you do, others will see it and use it, and the next time you need it Microsoft will have flagged it as an abused product key, and it will no longer work. I can't remove it, as I am just a volunteer, and have no administrative access to the site.Try ALT + CTRL + F10
