Having trouble setting the time with your Polar F-Series watch, here is simple quick step-by-step guide to follow.
First know your buttons: upper right - Scroll lower right - Scroll center right - choose lower left - reverse/ back/ stop upper left - light
#1 - Push the center right button (exercise will appear) #2 - Push the upper right button (settings will appear) use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll if neccessary #3 - Push the center button (a menu will appear) #4 - choose Watch, use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll if neccessary #5 - Push the center button to choose watch, once highlighted #6 - use the upper right or lower right buttons to scroll through the watch menu #7 - Choose Time #8 - Continue to use center button and scroll buttons to choose and set.
Important button to know - the bottom left button is a reverse button. Make a mistake, just tap that button, keep tapping to go all the way back to the main menu.
Access watch settings scrolling by UP/Down button. <Settings> <Ok> <Watch> <Time and Date Settings>
In Time Settings:
Set the local time (Time 1) and a time difference to it (Time 2).
With Time zone, you can select which time zone is used.
In Time view, you can easily change the time zone from Time 1 to Time 2 by pressing and holding DOWN.
5.1.3 TIME SETTING
If you start from the Time of Day display, repeat steps 1-3, page 38.
4. Press the / buttons to select TIME. Press OK.
5. Press the / buttons to select 12 H or 24 H time mode. Press OK.
If you chose 12 h mode, select AM or PM with the / buttons. Press OK.
6. Set the hours with the / buttons. Press OK.
7. Set the minutes with the / buttons. Press OK.

around 70%) of the products sold on the EFTA plus European Union (EU)
market (total 28 countries) and it is often referred as the "Trade
Passport to Europe" for non-EU products.
Polar's CE marking is CE0537. It is on all Polar products.
It is not the model number. The model number on monitors is printed on
the back and is usually above and sometimes below the Polar stamp.
