Please tell me the part no. of Siemens Siwamat 266 timer and where can I find it. Can I get Service Manual for the machine?

is all the water out of the machine if not the door wont open.
if all the water has gone, have a look behind the small flap on the front of the machine where the filter is and there might be a small plastic loop which when pulled should release the door catch.
please note i say might as some models have this feature and some dont.

Sounds like your pump went out on the machine. They are not ease to replace though. You might want to kall some one out to fix.
