apc silicon 40kw ups,1.check if input phases are complete.2.do a phase swap like changing the phase sequence and see if it will complain sequence error.3.after start-up u need to do a dc start-up,the dc bus is +360/-360vdc and after the dc bud is completed you need to press the green botten to power the inverter.if it doesnt do the dc start-up then go to the log and see what it complains about.write out the complain on the log and forward it to me.08082245266.engnr festus.

Most 3 phase motors can reverse rotation simply by swapping any 2 of the 3 phase wires. A typical 3 phase wiring circuit will include a safety ground wire (usually green) and 3 phase wires, often designated A/B/C, or 1/2/3, or color coded to distinguish each. By swapping the terminal connection of any 2 of the three phase wires, for example, 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 or 1 & 3, but leaving the third phase wire unchanged will reverse the rotation of most motors.

There is no "Typical" wiring system that you can refer to.
The system is always designed for the application. You
need a heck of lot more information than what was given.
The tip of the ice berg starts with:
What are the individual VA loads of the apparatus?
Are all the machines requiring the supplied voltage and phases?
How large (Ampere rating, Voltage, and number of phases) is the Main Service? What is the AIC of the service?
What are the distances from the service to the machinery.(take in account the path of the wiring to get there) This will determine if there
is a voltage drop.
This is a start in order to build a profile to your situation.

u can take three incadescent bulbs of same rating, connect them in 3 phase star connection, means 3 phase 4 wire connection..connect it across supply..the bulb connected across low voltage phase will glow dimmer than other two
