you must test wires loose, broke or burn, switch , fuse, connector, or blower motor, block resistor test or replace.

Coolant on the spark plugs is a classic indication of a failed cylinder head gasket. No point in doing any further analysis 'till you get that squared away. When you replace the head gaskets, it's always advisable to have the heads checked for cracks and warpage.

Check fuse 15 in the inside fuse block.
This is the only one I can find. Another way is to use a circuit tester lamp with the key on and check each side of each fuse. If the tester lights on one side but not the other then replace that fuse.

When the 1995 Towncar turns over but won't start or there is no spark you need to look to see if the O/D light is on once you turn the key on. If that light is on the Power control module has rec'd a code from the transmission that there is a O/D fault and the car won't start until that light is off. If you unhook your battery, red post first and neg next and wait at least 10 mins. and reattach the posts neg first and then the red post next the computer will reset and the light will turn off and the car will usually start. If not repeat the procedure. This is an O/D button or O/D switch problem when the light is on.

you could either have a front marker/signal lamp w/lamp grounded and causing this,remember...when tail lights are on so are your frt parking/marker lights on also..... other than that you could have a feed wire worn thru and grounding out to the frame

check your fuses under the dash board check your number 1,8 fuses if there good it'll be your intrument light behind the dash board
