What should i do when my adidas ADP3240 shows turn bezel and shows r2 when i do it does it indicate battery charge is low

you have to change the battery of your watch. the battery is low powered that why it does not light up and it goes blank. i hope i had been helped you.

You can get a set of instructions from the Adidas web site. Type in "www.adidas.com/campaigns/watches_fw07/content/index.asp?" into your search engine and the page should be showing a menu on the left which includes "instruction manuals".

Click on this and a list of instruction diagrams appear, choose the one that is similar to yours. If you cannot find it there, follow the instruction at the top of the page.

Most likely you jostled the battery loose or the battery coincidentally ran out.
Take it to a repair shop to get a new battery. If you want to try and do it yourself, you can. But be prepared -- there are lots of small parts and small screws you may have to deal with.

try holding down one or more of the buttons at once, you should hear a short beep indicating that the beep is off

change the battery for that... its showing errors which means that needs a new battewry.

Try taping it to the inside of your window for a couple days and see if that makes it charge up enough to act right. You might also want to make sure that you don't have the "auto light" on. If the light turns on when you tilt the watch to a 45 degree angle then press the light button for 2 seconds to shut that off. If that doesn't work for you then you are probably going to have to have the battery changed.
