The hard drive has issues or the windows files have been corrupted, I suggest having the hardware tested.
When you boot up to the log in
screen type in administrator as user if you cant log in
During the boot up process you
will see on the screen for a short amount of time a certain key to enter set up
press and hold that key to enter set up BIOS scroll to set user password or
supervisor password you can change or remove the password from there if you are
still unable to change your password you might download

almost any computer problem also has a
bios reset tool which remove your password and BIOS password although you will
have to use a computer with an internet connection you will have to burn it to
a disk as an iso then change your firtst boot device to cd During the boot process you will see
on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key
during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios
features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then
press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed the password
you must go back and change the first boot device to your hard drive)
