Are you able to provide the model no. of your dishwasher please.

NO water coming in could be either due to water inlet solenoid not working, the controller not working or the flood switch being triggered.

Need the actual model no. to confirm likely situation.

Our upper wheel failed. It is part of the huge assembly called the "Rack Adjust" on our model # PLD4460REC Frigidaire Dishwasher and cost $88 to $120. Hey.. thanks to the guy above I was able to fix my machine without spending to much!! for a huge part when all I needed was the upper wheel. the part # for the upper wheels is = PS976006 and is for another model dishwasher (Sears located it for me first.. without trying to make me buy the huge assembly) but might work... I will order and give them a try. The model # referenced about seems to be incorrect... We used model # PLD2855RFC1... as google helped us fill in the missing part# letters. I asked frigidaire... why they encouraged customers to borrow this small part from the store display.. why not just sell it!! .;)

Hey- Two things could be wrong.- clog, or bad motor. Sump screen needs to be cleaned of debris. Removal of sump cover to access screen requires torx bits and some patience. Replacement of pump requires pulling out dishwasher to access bottom. Motors fail when seal between motor and pump fails. Will still operate, but become weaker over time. I'm having the same problem. Did some testing and found that the sprayer on the top rack is not even moving and hence not getting any water. Not sure what to do.

There is probably a problem with your drain hose being plugged or the drain valve/solenoid is jammed or defective.

You would need to check these two problems and repair or replace parts.
