I had the same problem. After many hours of trial and error, I got two XP laptops and a Vista desktops configured. Be sure to use the latest firmware from Dlink. Disable all s/w firewalls. In my case Norton Firewall from Yahoo was a problem. The Vista PC was configured to print within 30 mins and the XPs took a while. I couldn't get the print server to appear in the My Network Places A couple of the guys who left comments on the product at Newegg actually have a good solution. The solution involves setting the printers up as local printers with standard TCP/IP ports that point to the IP address or the URL ("dlink-"6_last_digits_of_MAC_ID) and USB port number 9100-9103. You can google how to set up local printers w/ TCP/IP connections with USB ports on the internet. Note the Scanner will not be recognized but at least you can print on MF4150.
Try to upgrade the firmware revision to the last one (1.21). I had similar problem with the dpr-1260 firmware rev 1.00. Now after the firmware upgrade the problem seems solved
