I have Transcend external hard disk,StoreJet 500GB. Today when i open the hard disk, it not appeared as before show Transcend F:, but rather show Local Disk F:, when i open and find out all data lost, and it just show Found 0000 in my laptop and blank in another computer... What can i do to recover all my data stored back to original condition? Any shop can I look for help in Selangor, Malaysia to restore the data back?
Download and install free software called RECUVA. It can search the entire external hard drive. This will take some time to complete. Then you'll see a list of files which have been found. Please recover/save the files to a different hard drive.

1. Go to my computer and right click then click manage, go to disk management and see if your external harddisk is showed.If showed,then you can see the options there to manipulate your harddisk, either you format it or repartition.
2. You can use also a disk manager software to fully control the function.
