My ge thompson phone model 27956fe1-a when i want to talk with the phone i hear a loud noise how can i fix it or where is the problem

If it's in warranty, I would send it back. It sounds like a problem with the built-in amplifier and possibly other components.
The squealing and echo is down to gain being too high, if you cannot set this on the phone, then it's a fixed value in the hardware. If you can, lower the gain. As for not being able to end the call, what about pressing the "c" button or the green button again?

This happens at many phones due to the speaker which buzzes because of the waves made by the conversation. For example try calling someone and be near a desktop pc speaker or radio and you'll hear the same buzzing noise

look on the remote thier might be a button to adjust the EQ. atleast thats how I fixed mine.

that is probably your mouthpiece, it is located on the lower end of your handset and you have to open unit first to have it replaced. you could check that it has contact and nothing is blocking it before replacement.
