its look like a simple 4 button digital.
normally you would press the mode button three times and then the seconds would flash , using the two button on the right side of the watch you can adjust and move onto the hours minutes etc.
when you havea djusted the time etc press mode once to return to normal time.

look for a mode button then you can scroll to the setting you which to change. once you are there look for an adjust (or similar) button. you hold that down until something flashes or it allows you to change the desired setting. also refer to your user manual if the watch came with one
