Are you using the official factory charger? Tablets need more juice than phones, so sometimes a phone charger can't keep up. Otherwise, try not using while charging, see if that works.

On your tablet, tap on Settings > Personal > Security. The reset to factory settings option will be near the bottom.

well to change the picture you need to be logged in as administrator. if you are logged in as local user then you do not have the sufficient privilage to make those changes. you might want to contact the retail shop and ask for admin password. as far as the sound is concerned it would help if you mentioned an example. some programs use thier own drivers wich are not compatable with windows 7. if it is video it is a codec problem. you need to download the codec. some software that was written for directx 9 ( the xp version) have problems using direct x 10 wich is what windows 7 uses. you can right click the exe file for the program and try using the compatability tab and change it to xp and see if that helps.
